To 313 Rétinol CAPSULE (vitamin has synthetic)
30 gélules, orange yellow, of 50.000 UI Indications
Deprive of vitamin A.

Posology and mode of administration
Drug intended for the adult and the child of more than 8 years.
1 to 2 capsules every 10 days. The prolongation of the treatment is likely to involve a chronic intoxication.

Counter-indications
1) Absolute:
· Over-sensitiveness with the one of the components.
· Pregnancy
· Disorders of the absorption of the lipids.
· Chronic Malabsorption.
· Therapeutic associated interfering with absorption with vitamin A.

2) Relative:
· Breast feeding

Precautions for use
This drug should not be associated with other treatments containing with vitamin A.

Pregnancy and breast feeding

Overdose
1) Acute for amounts higher than 150.000 UI:

· Digestive disorders
· Irritability
· Convulsions

2) Chronicle, following a prolonged contribution of vitamin has with supraphysiologic amounts at a subject which does not miss a vitamin a:
· Intracranial hypertension
· Cortical Hyperostose of the long bones and early welding of the épiphyses (subcutaneous swellings sensitive or painful at the ends of the members).
