ABBOTICINE Erythromycine

Antibiotic of the family of the macrolides

Antibactérien with the sensitive germs
· Angina
· Acute sinusitis
· Superinfection of acute bronchitis and chronic exacerbation of bronchitis
· Community pneumopathy
· Benign cutaneous infection
· Allergy to the bêtalactamines
· Disease prevention of the relapses of the rheumatoid arthritis when there exists an allergy to the bêtalactamines
· Infection of the mouth
· Infection of the genital apparatus in absence of gonococcus
Posology and mode of administration
Drug for the infant and the child up to 30 kg (either approximately 10 years).
Posology
Child and infant 1 spoon-measurement by 5 kg and 24 hours into 2 to 3 times
Mode of administration
Catch advised before the meal
Counter-indications
Absolute:
· Allergy to this drug
Warning statements and precautions for use
In case:
· Of hepatic insufficiency
· Of diabetes
· Of mode hypoglucidic (sugar contribution of the drug)
· Of hyposodé mode (salt contribution of the drug)
Disadvised associations
· Theophylline
· Vasoconstricteurs of the rye pin (dihydroergotamine, ergotamine)
· Ciclosporine, tacrolimus
· Cisapride
· H1 antihistamines not sedatives (astémizole, ebastine, terfénadine)
· Triazolam
· Carbamazépine
· Bromocriptine
Associations requiring of the precautions for use:
· Lisuride
· Digoxine
· Alfentanil
· Atorvastatine
· Midazolam (way IV)
· Warfarin
Undesirable effects:
· Nauseas
· Gastralgies
· Vomiting
· Ictère
· Diarrheas
· Acute abdominal pains
· Hepatic attack
· Increase in transaminases
