ABEREL 0,2% Trétinoïne in cutaneous application
Bottle of 15 ml
Laboratory. Jansen-Cilag Indications:
· Problem of keratinization (parakératose, hyperkératose, dyskératose)
Mode of administration
· Occlusive bandage
· Spreading out
· The quantity and the mode of administration depend on the lesion, but the significant amounts are useless even dangerous
Posology
2 applications per day, on average according to the patient, of some drops of liquid deposited in the hollow of the hand.
Certain lesions (in the mouth for example) require the use of a suitable instrument (standard cotton stem)

Precautions for use
It is necessary, during the first application, to carry out a test on a small surface of skin before a more important application.
To avoid
· Perfume
· Eau de Cologne
· Tonic
· Products of toilet likely to cause an important irritation.
· The contact with the mucous membranes in a general way except in the presence of hyperkeratosic lesions of the oral or genital mucous membranes (such as leucoplasy, leucokératose, erosive lichen)
· Exposure to the sun and the lamps with ultra-violets (risk of ignition and additional irritation)
· Use of the product day before, the day and the shortly after an exposure sun
Pregnancy and breast feeding
Risk minor malformations of the skeleton.
Not to use during breast feeding.
Undesirable effects
Irritation being characterized by a dry erythema, primarily around the mouth and neck.
Overdose
Uselessness of an exaggerated use of the product
