Indications

Treatment of the genital primary infection with Herpes Virus simplex and of the possible later recurrences.
Because of its mode of action, to aciclovir it eradic step latent viruses. After treatment, the patient will thus remain exposed at the same frequency of repetition as before.

Against indications

- Antecedents of over-sensitiveness to aciclovir it or with the one of the excipients.
- In ocular, intra-oral application or intravaginale.

Undesirable effects

- Feelings of tinglings or burns transitory can follow the application.
- Among some patients, an erythema or a cutaneous dryness was observed.
- Risk of eczema, because of the presence of propylèneglycol.
