ACLOSONE

Alclometasone of the laboratories Schering-Ploughen out of tube of cream of 30 G not refunded by the social security.

Indications
Alclométasone is a dermocorticoïde i.e. of applicable cortisone on the skin in the form of cream whose activity is moderated and who should be used only on the skin.
The role of a dermocorticoïde and to limit the multiplication of the cells of the skin and their renewal. Aclosone is used to treat eczemas of contact and other forms of eczema (atopic and dysidrosic).
This drug is also used to treat the psoriasis.

Posology
1 or 2 daily applications.

Counter-indications
The application on the nipple of the woman who nurses is contra-indicated. Indeed, there exists a risk of ingestion of the product by the newborn.
Aclosone should not be used at the individuals presenting an infection or a parasitosis (disease due to a parasite) of the skin. Indeed, this drug does not have properties to fight against a possible infection.
In the event of acne and of rosacée Aclosone does not have to be used.
At the people presenting an ulcer of the skin, an abrasion and any cutaneous destruction, the use of Aclosone is contra-indicated.

Comments
The washing of the hands after use of Aclosone is systematic.
This drug contains cortisone this is why it should not be advised with another person without opinion of general doctors or specialized (dermatologist for example).
Being given its passage transcutané (through the skin), in the event of use on a body large surface, the wearing of waterproof gloves (out of plastic) is strongly advised.
This drug should not be used in the infant except contrary medical opinion.
Aclosone of step being applied to the eyelids. Indeed there exists a risk of embrittlement of the skin on this level and a risk of increase in the tension inside the ocular sphere.
Like all the drugs containing a dermocorticoïde, this drug should not be frequently used and over one long period.
Wild self medication is likely to worsen certain cutaneous lesions and to install a dependence. The dependence results in a recrudescence of the symptoms with each time the patient stops using a drug. One notes in addition, always in the event of unreasoned self medication the appearance of lesions of the skin which tend to worsen.
