Acne: do not eat anything!
Finished the generally accepted ideas on the buttons! Scientists bring finally the proof that the food can support the acne. But they are not the chocolate, the candies or the pork-butcheries which would be to blame, but the cereal products too refined. Is it necessary to stop eating bread, rice and other cookies?

The debate begins
Never no bond between food and acne had been found before, in spite of the suspicions weighing on the chocolate or the pork-butchery. The dermatologists thus continued quite simply to deny this probability.
But according to work of Cordain, a healthier food mode would make it possible to avoid the buttons to which the teenagers are particularly sensitive. Certain women, predisposed with the acne by their hormonal statute, already saw their state improving following the suppression of guilty food. Remain to confirm these results by new studies on broad samples of population. And to check that other factors are not a better means of avoiding the acne: exposure to the sun, physical-activity…
