ACTIFED ALLERGY CETIRIZINE 10 Compressed Mg stripped sectile Box of 7

Indications
In the adult and the child of more than 12 years:
Symptomatic treatment:
- seasonal rhinitides and/or allergic conjunctivites (hay cold) or not seasonal (hairs of animals, moulds, acarina…) : nasal flow clearly, sneezes with repetition, prurit nasal and/or ocular,
- localized acute urticaria resulting in plates with itchings, rednesses, oedemas.
Posology
RESERVE With the ADULT AND the CHILD OF MORE THAN 12 YEARS.
Mode of administration:
The tablet is to be swallowed with a little water.
Posology:
1 compressed by 12 midnight.
Duration of the treatment:
The duration of the treatment is limited to:
- 7 days without medical opinion for the seasonal rhinitides and allergic conjunctivites or not seasonal,
- 3 days without medical opinion for localized acute urticaria.
Against indications
CONTRA-INDICATE:
- Known Over-sensitiveness with the one of the components, the hydroxyzine, the lévocétirizine or the ethylene diamine.
- Impaired renal function.
- Children of less than 6 years (compressed risk of false routes related to the form).
- Because of the presence of lactose, this drug is not recommended in the event of congenital galactosemy, of syndrome of malabsorption of glucose and galactose or of lactase deficit.
DISADVISE:
Breast feeding: because of a weak passage in the mother’s milk, the use of the cétirizine is not recommended during breast feeding.
Undesirable effects
- Neurological Effects:
. Giddinesses, cephalgias.
. Rare cases of somnolence brought back at certain subjects and appearing to the beginning of the treatment.
. Exceptionally: crises oculogyres.
- General Demonstrations:
Tire, feeling of faintness.
- Cutaneous Reactions:
. Seldom: cutaneous eruption sometimes associated with a prurit.
. Exceptionally: fixed pigmented erythema.
- Allergic Demonstrations:
. Seldom: urticaria.
. Exceptionally: edema of Quincke, shock anaphylactic.
- Psychiatric Effects:
Exceptionally: agitation particularly in the child.
- Gastro-intestinal Effects:
Digestive disorders, oral dryness.
- Hépatobiliaires Effects:
Exceptionally: increase in the hepatic enzymes and reversible acute hepatic attack with the stop of the treatment.
- Cardiac Effects:
Exceptionally: tachycardia.
