To recognize the symptoms of the allergy

The important thing is to recognize the symptoms which must bring to consult a doctor in order to profit from a diagnosis and an adapted treatment.
One speaks about triad of symptoms:

Sneezes, nasal itchings.

Nose which runs.

Stopped nose.

But of other symptoms are often associated:

Conjunctivitis, whimpering.

Itchings in the throat, the auditory canals.

Frontal headaches.

A tiredness generated by sleep disorders.

Rhinitis allergic to asthma, it has only one step there…

The links are close between the allergic rhinitis and asthma. All in all, a quarter of the population suffers from asthma and the same proportion suffers from allergic rhinitis each year, that is to say some 94 million people. But eight asthmatic out of ten also suffers from associated allergic rhinitis and, contrary, 25% of the people reached of an allergic rhinitis have asthma. The two diseases can appear at the same time, but generally the rhinitis appears separately during several years before being associated with asthma. In addition, the subjects suffering from rhinitis have three times more risk to have asthma. And finally, it should be known that the rhinitis can worsen an asthma if it is not dealt with.

Recall on the air allergens

In France, one distinguishes three seasonal peaks
1. In February – March: pollens of trees (birch, hazel tree, cypress, ash…).
2. From April at June: pollens the graminaceous ones.
3. End of summer: ambrosia in the South-eastern quarter and moulds atmospheric (Alternaria and Cladosporim).
In the Mediterranean basin, a strong pollination of the cypresses can also appear of Christmas at February.
It should be noted that certain people being allergic to various pollens, the symptoms can be spread out over several seasons.
