To eliminate at the house the sources from allergy, item by item
The substances irritating, allergisantes or polluting are numerous within the habitat. They can as well be introduced by the surrounding air as by the animals, furniture, the plants, clothing and the tobacco. The room

The living room

One will choose a settee in skaï or leather rather than out of fabric, preferably not upholstered to avoid the dust traps.

In the same way, the use of products of do-it-yourself, like the adhesives, can also release from the COV. This is also true for many maintenance products (waxes, deodorizers, products of cleaning…)

Kitchen

The attic, the cellar, the garage

It will be necessary to avoid the dust level and moisture and to prevent the presence of animals, particularly the pigeons whose ticks can involve shocks anaphylactic. Lastly, one will prevent letting turn the engine of the car in the garage, especially if it communicates with the remainder of the house.

Clean, every 3 months, the air vents of your housing and do not stop them
Maintain every year the boilers and check the validity dates of the pipes of connection
