Control weight: why is this so difficult?The process of slimming
When we speak about the energy balance in the control of the weight, it is about balance between the energy which gets to you consumed food and that which your body burns during the daily activities like walk, clothing, the growth of the hair… and even breathing! The energy which food provides to the organization is measured in calories.
With regard to balance
If you consume food which contains a greater quantity of calories than that which you spend, you will take of the weight, because the unutilised calories will be preserved in the form of grease. The reverse is also true for the weight loss: when that the quantity of energy that you spend, or of calories that you burn, exceeds the number of absorptive calories, you lose weight.
Thus, to maintain your weight, you must take account of your energy balance. Food produces energy; the exercise consumes some.
There exist three means to direct this energy balance towards a weight loss:
Decrease your daily contribution in calories: Eat less. By absorbing 500 calories less each day (the equivalent of 3500 calories per week), you will lose 450 grams per week. This is explained in the following way: since 450 grams of grease are equivalent to 3500 calories, you must thus spend 3500 calories more than the quantity absorptive to lose these 450 grams.
Maintain a contribution normal in calories and increase your energy expense: Absorb a normal quantity of calories and more made exercise. Thus, to ensure its energy balance, your organization will need a quantity of energy higher than that absorptive by food and it will seek it by burning greases.
Decrease your contribution in calories and increase your energy expense: Less eat and made more exercise. If the idea to consume 500 calories less per day discourages you, no problem! You can lose weight by eating only 250 calories less per day, on the condition of doing sufficient exercise to burn the 250 others. A means easy to reach that point, it is to go between three and five kilometers per day.
By reducing the number by calories, you will have to plan your food mode in order to ensure the adequate supply of your organization and to thus avoid an imbalance of the balance. There exists a large variety of tasty and healthy food which will be able to satisfy your appetite all while helping you to reach the desired weight.
Keep however with the spirit which the energy needs of your organization will change as you approach the goal. He will spend less energy, because he will move less weight! You will have to thus adjust your caloric intake as you lose weight.
