Depress, depression: some ideas to help you

Depressed (E)? Take your moral with arm-the-body! In addition to the drugs and psychotherapies, here some little ideas to help you to drive out the greyness of your life.
Made sport
The physical-activity makes it possible to better feel in its body. Better still, it starts secretion, by the brain, of endorphins. These natural substances, cousins of morphine, drive out the tensions and pains, and cause a feeling of euphoria, which is prolonged after the effort. Particularly advisable sport, the race: according to researchers of Duke University, who worked on the groups of depressed patients, the jogging would be as effective as the antidepressant drugs, and would potentiate the effects of them! Explanation suggested: the race would induce also the secretion of serotonin, another natural substance which reduces the depression, and gives a feeling of being able and pride. Perfect to find the smile, on the condition of practicing at least four months.
Seek the light
Is your mine as gray as the time of this beginning of autumn? Will know that the lack of light exerts a harmful effect established on our moral, at the origin of a true “winter blues” at more than one person out of five. Indeed, if it is not sufficiently exposed to the light (less than one hour per day), our organization functions as if there remained connected on the mode “harms”. The solution? To fill the tank with light of day. Benefit from the least gleam, if possible when the light is strongest, the morning or per hour of the lunch: go to work to foot, made races during your pause of midday (not in a shopping mall!) or you walk to the park!
Chatter, papotez… in short speak!
Nothing better for the moral one that a meeting of chattering. “Chattering is an ideal valve to make fall our nervous tension”, entrusts a psychologist, and speech avoids us somatiser, since our emotions (positive or negative), are expressed instead of hiding with deepest us… Almost all the therapies “psys” pass by the word, which allows all to express without needing to pass to the act. A good reason to take down its telephone and to launch the conversation.
Laugh!
This pleasant activity causes, like the physical-activity, an increased, beneficial endorphin secretion for the body and the spirit… so much so that certain private clinics set it up in therapy! If the laughter comes you with difficulty to the lips in this moment, offer you the video cassette of your preferred comic film, to pass by again you without moderation.
Eat well… and good!
To eat well will not cure you by magic, but certain food can help you to find the energy and the serenity which are lacking to you. Thus, stress:
* Magnesium: in missing increases tiredness, irritability, the anxiety and the nervousness. Food to be privileged: water mineralized, almonds, hazel nuts, chocolate;
* Iron: its deficiency involves tiredness and weakens, very frequent at the woman. Food to be privileged: red meats, roll, moulds;
* The vitamins of group b: an insufficient contribution causes tiredness, sleep disorders and memory, less resistance to the stress. Food to be privileged: plant oils, germ of corn, complete cereals, mushrooms, leguminous plants.
No appetite? Remember that it comes while eating. Compose a pretty table, prepare you dishes which you appreciate, take time to taste them… It is as much of pleasure of gained!
