fatty-acids omega-3 and omega-6

The linoleic acid (omega-6) and the linolenic acid (omega-3) are the principal essential fatty-acids. They are in fatty fish and plant oils (sunflower and corn for the first; colza, nut, pips grape and soya for the second). These essential fatty-acids are essential to the good performance of the body. Nevertheless, taken in excess, these fatty-acids can cause a fall of immunity, an embrittlement of the membranes of the cells and disorders of blood coagulation.
