We offer a breakfast of 651-720 kcal, indicated for men of 16 to 60 years with strong activity. Strong” activities are considered “: nonmechanized tasks agricultural, mining, forest, to dig, to cut firewood, to harvest by hand, to climb, montañismo, to play soccer, tennis, jogging, to dance, to ski, etc.
