How to make healthy food choices?
The grocers are ideal since one finds there all which one needs under the same roof, their alleys are broad and there is even a fast case.
But as there is much choice, how to distinguish good food from the least good? The key consists in knowing what you seek in order to plan the meals. There exist various ways of choosing the food which offers the best nutritional value for you and your close relations.
You direct initially towards the ray of the fruit and vegetables. You will not be able to make a bad choice there, because they all are good for you.
Always buy bread and pastes containing of whole corn or the mixtures of whole grains rather than of the mixtures of bleached or enriched flour.
Avoid fizzy drinks and replace them by water, milk, juices with low sugar content and herb teas.
Choose vinaigrettes and weak condiments in fat. Those contain great quantities of sugar and harmful additives for health.
Prefer oils of cooking which are better for health. The oil of nut, canola and olive can replace plant oils and fatty.
Avoid food and the meats treated which contain preservatives and a great quantity of fat contents. The meats, the spaghetti and the ravioli out of preserves contain many salt, fat and harmful additives for health.
Resist the pizza pies and the meals frozen like with the other frozen dishes.
